Here's our SUMMER in a nutshell---where did it go ?!?!

No pictures of this (believe me, you wouldn't want to see them), but Dave had Carpal Tunnel surgery on BOTH hands done in July---that has been fun/interesting !? And then he and I (and Ryan & Jaimee) completed our first 5K race on Aug. 1 for Raspberry Days @ Bear Lake ! We plan to do more, but are sure that no other races will include FREE Raspberry Ice Cream for completing !?!?!?

The end of our "season" as Bishop . . .

Dave was released as Bishop of our ward on Sunday. It has been an emotional time filled with many mixed feelings. We were not expecting this to happen right now, but have faith in the Lords "timetable" for all of us. This picture was taken at an Eagle Scout Court of Honor on the previous Saturday. We love his counselors, Bro. Berlin, and Bro. Cate, and are so grateful for their support ! PS Bro. Berlin is the NEW Bishop Berlin!!!
